Service was perfect. Restaurant is somewhat noisy but not terribleMore infoNobu - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Caesars Palace•4.7

Would recommend making a reservation as this place is pretty crowdedMore infoTAO Asian Bistro - Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• The Venetian and Palazzo•4.7

Great service from Naomi and staff and fun watching the kitchen staff preparing the food. It’s a beautifully designed kitchen too. We shared a number of the signature dishes and none were a disappointment. Started off with the Lychee Elderflower Cocktail and a Japanese Plum (umeshi) Wine Highball. The highball is on the secret menu and is my favorite Japanese cocktail. All of the following are Five Star dishes - mushroom soup, unagi with cucumber, roasted eggplant with miso, and black cod miso. The squid pasta and vegetable tempura were also fresh and tasty. Nobu should bottle the miso glaze that was used on some of the dishes. It’s hard to imagine but we did have room for dessert and ordered the Bento Box for dessert. It had a well prepared flourless chocolate lava cake with green tea ice cream that was made with ceremonial grade Japanese green tea. Amazing taste. If you are in the mood to try Japanese food with a modern twist - go to Nobu’s at least once.More infoNobu - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.6
- IImanvipLos Angeles •24 reviews4.0Dined on 2 Dec 2024Some of the dishes were delicious and exceptional and some were so so. The service was really good and atmosphere nice as well. Overall great experience but with all the hype I was expecting just a bit more to justify the price tag.More infoNobu Las Vegas at Virgin HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Las Vegas•4.7
