Service from host, server and sushi chef was impeccable: attentive and inquisitive without being obtrusive. And the food was incredible. We sampled the shishito peppers, wonton tacos and spicy tuna crispy rice as well as the bluefin and salmon handrolls. All the fish was fresh and flavorful. She did the appetizer shrimp at first which has not been done that way in last few times we have been there. The meats were done just right as was the shrimps and lobster.
