- MBMarkBSydney •3 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoFollowing her recent breakfast at Analog with a group of friends, my wife suggested we jump on a bus and celebrate our wedding anniversary there as we live in nearby Cremorne. We chose the standard table dining rather than the bar dining which we would be very happy to try next time. Analog has a warm and relaxed ambience with sleek and comfortable furnishing, the staff were very welcoming and attentive and the cruisey vinyl selections just right. A newish restaurant at near capacity and buzzing with clearly satisfied patrons - impressive for the day after New Year's Day! Our order. Zensai: Salmon Tacos. For Entree: Grilled Scallop, Tomato Terrine. For Main: Kingfish Steak, Koji Chicken. Chips with Ao Nori. For Dessert: Analog Kakigori, Vanilla Whiskey with coffee sabayon. This was outstandingly delicious fare prepared and presented with care and flair! My only minor request to chef would be for more sauce with the Koji Chicken please. The drinks list is generous and alongside the creative cocktails list features an appealingly eclectic selection of wines from Australia and abroad. Analog is definitely a local gem to try and return to and we're looking forward to sampling their "Picnic bags to your beach towel service"!More infoAnalogPrice: Moderate• Café• Mosman•4.4
