- MMikeChicago / Illinois •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoFood was good was just weird as we got everything separate. We got zucchini and onions by themselves and then the proteins. We looked over at the next table and that chef was doing it all together. We would have preferred that but it was still all very good.More infoBenihana - Lombard, ILPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Lombard•4.2

It was absolutely phenomenal food, quick service. Watched the Ramen Lord in action and he even presented our Ramen at the counter! 10/10, eagerly looking forward to our next experience there.More infoAkahoshi RamenPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Logan Square•4.8
- JJaniceVIPChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined on 14 Dec 2024We went to Kona Grill for lunch. My husband and I were in the mood for sushi. We both had the sushi/salad combination, which was a fantastic value. The Asian salad had the right amount of crunch and flavor. The crunchy spicy tuna roll and nigiri were delicious. Tan, our server, was wonderful and patient. We had a coupon/gift card and he took care of everything. Bought gift cards because there was a superb deal if you buy $100, you get $50 bonus. Can’t wait to go back for Happy Hour or brunch .More infoKona Grill - OakbrookPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Oak Brook•4.2
- SSaniyaMinneapolis - St. Paul •6 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Sept 2024We had dinner on a Sunday night. The location was very convenient with its own parking and a nice outdoor patio area. We ordered miso soup, the Fiesta, Black Monster, and Picasso rolls. It was all really good and had new flavors I had not tried before. Black Monster uses black rice rather tan white sushi rice. Fiesta had a delicious and assertive chili oil which worked well with the other flavors in the roll. And the marinated onion in the Picasso roll was a big improvement on the fried crunchy onions that many other places use. That was plenty of food for two, but after seeing a surprising number of desserts go out to other tables, we ordered a bomba (mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbetto) to share. That was also very tasty, and I now get why so many people were going for dessert on Sunday night at a sushi place. It was a nice surprise to have a such a nice dinner while on the road and choosing from unfamiliar spots. I would definitely return when I'm back in town.More infoKizuna Sushi BistroPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Glen Ellyn•4.8
