- GGeriWest Palm Beach •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI didn’t expect the menu to be a Christmas menu. I don’t know why, but I didn’t. I expected to be watering off the original menu The ambience in the atmosphere in there was fine. The table seemed a little too close. For Christmas, I found the prices, challenging and high The musical entertainment wasn’t expected for a restaurant setting during Christmas. The music was loud. He pounded the keys on the keyboard. The music was not conducive to an Italian restaurant. I’ve been to the restaurant before. I have always enjoyed the food and I would go back.More infoDal Contadino TrattoriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Coral Ridge•4.6

We had the fried mini meatballs which were off the charts delicious and pizza for an appetizer which also was fantastic. For our main dish I had the veal chop on the bone parmigiana which was tender and so tasty and my wife had spaghetti DOP which she loved. Dessert was the waffle with ice cream which complimented our evening perfectly. Another outstanding night at Martoranos. The ambiance is old time local family Italian American style- just the atmosphere that I was looking to share with my best friend and our two sons; neither of whom had ever experienced the magical “Feast of the Seven Fishes”, which Anthony’s was featuring this day (they also featured several non-fish and vegetarian dishes if you can’t or don’t like seafood/shellfish) Bread and dipping oils/butter were placed and quickly devoured by the crew. We ordered various appetizers including the fried calamari with a side cup of sauce and roasted grape tomatoes, buratta cheese with prosciutto, Caesar salad, beet and orange salad. Our entrees were varied , with a delicious pork ossobuco with rigatoni , beautifully braised and season; grouper francese with penne in lieu of the asparagus and mashed potatoes that were the sides; fiocchi alla carbonara (pear and cheese “purses” similar to small ravioli with a creamy carbonara. All delicious and warm. Desserts? Cannoli, lava cake with vanilla ice cream (like a deconstructed tortoni), amaretto di Saronno , and crème brûlée. Interestingly enough , no one selected the feast fish, which consisted of clams, mussels, mahi, shrimp, crab, lobster bits and scallops . I am in love with neighborhood mom and pops. The prices were not over the top, but the good and service were! Thanks, Anthony’s . Can’t wait for your Easter menu!More infoAnthony's Clam HousePrice: Expensive• Italian• Landings•4.7
