Best Italian Restaurants in Chittaway Bay

Food was delicious, atmosphere was great Service was ok. I felt the wait staff could have been slightly more attentive... noticing that wine glass was empty and offering another - for instance. But overall, a lovely experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant from the speakeasy type entrance to the superb cocktails, excellent food and friendly service. The atmosphere is warm and mysterious. We enjoyed sharing the calamari as an appetizer followed by the pasta with pork/veal ragu sauce that is beyond description. As a main course we thankfully shared a delicious veal Milanese in bolognese which could have fed three. Best restaurant in Sydney by far.

The Crab linguine was spectacular. Spicy with chilli but so tasty. My partner loved the ragu papadelle. The puffy bread dipped in oil and with prosciutto is fantastic. My partner loved the classic margaritas and I had a good bottled stone and wood beer. The service staff gave us free complimentary lemon alcohol drink possibly limoncello as our mains took a little long to come out but we didn’t mind the wait after we discovered how delicious it was. I’ll be honest the bill was expensive but I think it was worth it.

My wife and I have had dinner there many times and the food has always been excellent. We have taken many friends there with us and their only isssue was the price of the alcohol. We have all agreed that the service is also very good and friendly. My opinion is if you like authentic pasta dishes well you will have to book a table.

Large plate of freshly cooked, good quality food. We were so pleased we could relax & be confident that anything we chose to eat was going to be gf. No fear of cross contamination!! Thank you Meantime 🎉😊
