We were seated at our reservation time , food was excellent & plentiful ,as usual,…The service team was attentive to us 4, even after the meal as we sat into our 2.5 hour post family style dinner… Thank again Carmine’s team, we enjoyed it very much!!! Got the 20oz Rib-eye and shared it, the Rib-eye was cooked perfectly and delicious. The zip sauce was great. I also got the asparagus, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend. We made a 5pm appointment and got a booth, which was very nice and quiet. It was our anniversary so they gave us a complimentary dessert, what a pleasant surprise, would recommend to others. I would give a 10 out of 10!! Will be back again next time we are in Las Vegas!!

This is a go to place every time I visit Vegas. Great off-strip food! They moved in march 2024 to a new bigger location a couple doors down and the new place is an expanded version! Love the new place. You have to try this place.
