We got there during happy hour and were pleasantly surprised by the prices and number of items on the happy hour menu. It ends at 5:30 and lots of places end it at 5 so we started out with a good impression. She got the Kailua pig quesadillas and I got fish and chips. She ordered the green beans as well. Everything was delicious! Our waiter was friendly and was very familiar with the food and drinks on the menu. My cocktail was called something crush. Yummy! Overall a really great experience.More infoMerriman's HonoluluPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Honolulu•4.7

The starters took a little longer than expected. But you received THREE starters which most restaurants would not even include a starter on their holiday menu. All THREE starters were excellent. When I go back, I would order the starters first my meal. That is how excellent they were. I wasn’t as happy with my entree, but it was what I ordered and there were 12 to 13 entrees choices. At last the service was EXCELLENT, and the ambiance was very very nice. Roy’s was a delicious and scrumptious Christmas . It was worth the prices. I loved it. I’m so glad my daughter requested Roy’s as one of her Christmas presents and I gifted her with it. I would recommend Roy’s to everyone. I can’t wait to return.More infoRoy's WaikikiPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikiki•4.6
- AAlisonSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe loved the Monkeypox. Excellent ambience for Christmas dinner and the best food and drinks. We particularly loved the fish and chips and I had the special - a snapper with fried shrimp and cheddar polenta that was to die for. We celebrated with N/A mai tais for our family and ended the meal with the best pies and gelatos. Thank you Monkeypod for making our first Christmas away from home a special one.More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaikikiPrice: Moderate• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikiki•4.6
- JJohnOrlando / Central Florida East •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat could be better than a view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach while you eat? The food! Our dinners were outstanding. My wife said it was the best steak she’d ever had, and my daughter said the same about here pasta. All four of our meals were excellent, no one was disappointed. My only complaint is that we were all too full to even share a piece of Hula pie!More infoHula Grill - WaikikiPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikiki•4.7

We were seated and our server came over to our table and also greeted us. My wife got the bungalow salad and cheeseburger sliders which she said were absolutely delicious. I got the Chilean sea bass which was extraordinary. My wife and I try to come to Tommy Bahama Restaurant at least once a week as the food is exceptional and the people who work there are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!More infoTommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Waikiki, HIPrice: Moderate• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikiki•4.8
