Tonight, we tried two new items for us, but not new to Limani: lobster bisque (excellent, who knew it had just the right amount of kick to differentiate from other lobster bisques out there?!), and the cod in tomato broth was superb! Additional oldies but delicious goodies: salmon with horseradish, shrimp santorini, and their famous Bronzino, so soft it falls off the skin and so tasty! Even if the place is only 5% full, they make you sit by the door until closer to your reservation time!~ The food was excellent! We had the Dover sole, lobster, shrimp gyro, and tuna and caviar special, which was also excellent. The sides included warm rice and spinach in a tomato-based broth and lemon potatoes. For dessert, the baklava was not eatable—it was stale and not sweet—but they took it off the bill. The lava cake was fabulous. I can't wait to go back and try something else.
