I found the food to be average, the chicken kebabs were excellent, but the Mediterranean rice and the tabouli dish were average. Our waitress seemed pressed for time and for the table. We were repeatedly pressed about ordering our food and we didn’t take that long to decide either, we had ordered drinks and the appetizer first. At the end of the night when we wanted to order one more drink, as it became more crowded, she said it was likely that she would need the table, but then none of the other tables around us were pressured Like we were to leave. It was so obvious that the young lady at the table next to us was nice enough to offer for us to sit with them, but we ended up going to stand at the bar just to finish our drinks. one of the managers near the bar was nice and wasn’t sure why she did that and offered an extra chair there. I realize they’re still new so I hope they work out some of the details but overall really fun!More infoMonaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Center City•3.7

Last evening we had the halibut and the moussaka... both wonderful. Each serving of moussaka is baked in its own dish, creating lots of delicious edges. The Greek wines are are usually great choices. My glass of agiorgitiko sang with the moussaka. For me, the highlight was a mezze -- the sardines were fresh and scrumptious!More infoEstia - PhiladelphiaPrice: Very Expensive• Greek• Center City•4.8
- BBARRYVIPPhiladelphia County •10 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoESTIA remains among our favorite restaurants. We were with another couple who live in upstate NY, and drove down to eat there because they love it so much. It did not disappoint. The room seemed even more beautiful than usual. The waiter was great in all respects. The food - hummus, fried cheese, beet salad, Greek salad, chips, moussaka, sea bass all superb. We ended the meal with our friends telling us how lucky we are to live locally -so close to ESTIA! We will certainly take advantage of that proximity and return shortly. Kudos!More infoEstia Taverna – RadnorPrice: Expensive• Greek• Radnor•4.7
