Best Global Restaurants in Central Saanich

We had a lovely family dinner at Earls Victoria. Our server was fantastic with repetitive and prompt service. Even though it was busy, she was super attentive. All 4 of our main entree’s were excellent for quantity, quality, presentation and taste. We had the cheesecake and crème brulee for dessert and both were delicious. Our drinks were also excellent. We will return!!

came here with my boyfriend to celebrate valentines early because we both work day of, had an amazing experience :) i can’t remember the name of our server but he made our stay so much better & overall fun with his natural personality. he was super attentive, went into detail about the features, and put my boyfriend on his new favourite drink lol we rarely go out for dinner together, and when we do it’s usually a “get in, get out” situation but our server helped us pace so well that we didn’t feel rushed to leave. the food came out fast, tasted great & the drinks were amazing too. i’ve been to uli’s before on multiple occasions and absolutely love the atmosphere no matter where i am in the restaurant, but after this dine in, i will definitely be back sooner than later this time

This was our second visit to Boom and Batten. This time it was to meet friends for lunch. Previously my husband and I went for dinner, Both visits were great from service to delicious food. The menu is extensive and we were impressed with our food choices. Dinner selections were for my husband, he started with 6 raw oysters on the half shell, Main, Cocoa Bison/Venison I started with kale Cesar salad and Main, Apple Pork Belly. Lunch selections were for my husband Fish Chowder For me Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon (one egg) We were very pleased with everything we ordered and the loved the view of the water/marina. We Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant.

My mom and myself had a wonderful time at Glo restaurant and it was our first time there. Melissa was a super waiter and her recommendations were spot on for both of us. When you go to a restaurant for the first time sometimes it is best to just rely on your waiter's recommendations after explaining your desires and tastes? I loved the ambience and the layout of the restaurant which offered most tables as preferential seating. Excellent bar setup which also works well for single diners? All the staff from the Hostess and the others working there seemed to be very helpful and nice to their diners. The views are great, especially during lunch when the sun is shining. Both of us really liked the menu and I believe anyone can find a good, tasteful meal here. We will both be coming back soon, probably for dinner this time. I am just sorry that I didn't make the effort to dine at the Glo much sooner because I had heard in the past that it was an excellent Victoria restaurant. Absolutely delicious food. Small restaurant with wonderful ambiance. Four of us enjoyed our meals. Lots of gluten free option Friday evening dinner and the small restaurant became very busy. The two servers who worked that evening were professional and wonderful at letting us know that they were short handed at the front of the restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, excellent recommendations from our server, small restaurant vibe and a relaxed dinner. We will be back.
