- LLynnPhiladelphia County •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur party of 4 ordered 5 appetizers from the happy hour menu...... our favorites were the brussel sprouts, calamari and nachos. Two in our group ordered caesar salads with chicken,, which they enjoyed. Our server, Jess, was outstanding. I LOVED all the cat and dog paintings on the wall, Christmas music was playing softly. I will definitely go back and get a meal, I can't recommend this place enough!!!More infoCrown TavernPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Glen Mills•4.6
- LLisaVIPPhiladelphia County •20 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had come into Philly to enjoy some holiday shopping and I thought Dandelion would be a nice, cozy spot for lunch on a cold December day. It was perfect! We were shown to a lovely corner booth upstairs where every table was full, but the noise level was a non-issue. Bella proved to be a knowledgeable and professional server and had good suggestions regarding beverages and menu selections. I enjoyed the salmon pate and my husband's burger was terrific. It was the typical Stephen Starr restaurant experience: creative, authentic decor; well-trained professional staff; and great food.More infoThe DandelionPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Center City•4.7
- KKimberlyPhiladelphia County •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe atmosphere at the restaurant was excellent, setting a welcoming tone for our meal. The menu was straightforward, making it easy to choose what to order. My aunt opted for the shrimp and grits; she enjoyed it, although she noted the grits had a taste more akin to potatoes rather than traditional grits. Nevertheless, she found it to be very good, especially with the tomato sauce that accompanied the dish. I chose the salmon BLT without the bacon since I don't eat meat, and I found it quite satisfying. Additionally, I indulged in a mocktail that I finished in just a few sips. Our waitress was both pleasant and professional, which added to our positive experience. We're looking forward to returning, particularly because I'd like to try the impossible meal option next time.More infoRooster's GlensidePrice: Moderate• American• Glenside•4.3
- AAnneVIPPhiladelphia County •29 reviews4.0Dined on 8 Dec 2024Not very crowded and we dined at 7:15. Brick oven pizza is a plus. There are lots of appetizers or so it seemed but we were there for a meal. I have not been there since last spring probably but the real food menu has not changed much. I think you would get a bigger crowd with more main menu food choices. It is a pub but stretch the food choices beyond wraps, pizza and burgers. A vegetable besides fries would be a plus. I do like this place and would like to see it stay in Malvern but remember you have the Pig and Anthony’s to contend with oh and then Casey’s redo which I am not sure has opened yet. Food, service, and atmosphere all pluses this evening.More infoBrick & Brew Pub-MalvernPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Malvern•4.3
