Best Fusion Restaurants in Central Scottsdale

Really enjoy the food at Sumomaya- so many great options. Started with the ahi tuna tostada which was yummy, and the pomegranate guacamole was outstanding. First time trying kimchi fried rice to which we added chicken, and it was terrific. Lots of sushi completed a great meal. The restaurant IS noisy and the hostess found us a place that was relatively more quiet.

I received a card for my birthday and decided to try it. SO GLAD I DID! It was excellent! The atmosphere is some of the best in the valley. The drinks were fantastic, the food was beautiful presented and tasted amazing. They also have a beautiful bar and patio area. It’s a scratch kitchen so be prepared to have a nice, leisurely meal. Definitely go. You won’t be sorry.

Great place for sushi. This is one of our go to spots for sushi. The nigiri and maki rolls are delicious and fresh. The ramen is ordinary, not spectacular.

The food was fantastic, as usual. Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very busy with large holiday parties but the service never suffered. Thomas is terrific and attentive. Great experience!!

This was our first visit. Went in during happy hour, had a ton of options that looked interesting for beverages, appetizers, and sushi/sashimi/Maki. Would definitely come back again to take advantage of the happy hour pricing! Quiet inside as well, good ambiance and cocktail was delish.
