- JJackLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip, setting the perfect tone for an evening out. The mixed green salad was fresh and perfectly dressed, providing a great start to the dining experience. The Beef Wellington was the standout entrée, absolutely incredible, cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The bread service added a comforting touch to the experience. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, making the evening even more enjoyable. Be sure to take a moment to admire the glass presentation case featuring unique items for sale, such as the restaurant's cookbook, perfect for anyone wanting to recreate the restaurant's flavors at home. This is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and refined dining experience in Las Vegas.More infoEiffel TowerPrice: Very Expensive• French• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.8

Brasserie B not only lived up to our expectations but proved to be an AMAZING addition to the city's dining scene. Ambiance The restaurant's aesthetic presents an interesting juxtaposition - while I initially perceived a cafeteria-like simplicity, my husband noted its authenticity to a French brasserie. Thoughtful touches, like providing black napkins to prevent lint transfer to dark clothing, demonstrate attention to detail that elevates the dining experience. Wine Program The wine list, while extensive, skews notably expensive. Our choice of Frank Family Estates Cabernet was excellent, though the markup exceeded typical restaurant pricing. For a Las Vegas establishment, the absence of quality options in the $75-100 range feels like a missed opportunity. While premium wines certainly have their place, a more diverse price range would better serve the full spectrum of diners. Culinary Excellence The true star of the evening was the consistently exceptional food, with each course justifying its premium pricing: Appetizers The steak tartare emerged as a standout, ranking as perhaps the finest version I've encountered - a bold statement given I reserve this dish for trusted high-end establishments. The baby gem Caesar and escargot rounded out our starters, each executed with precision and flavor. Main Courses Our party of three explored diverse offerings, each proving memorable: - Salmon: A revelation featuring a unique honey preparation that transformed the familiar fish into something extraordinary - Pork Chop: So expertly prepared that it was picked clean to the bone - Mussels: Served in a perfectly balanced garlic broth that was light yet flavorful Check out Yelp for complete reviewMore infoBrasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace, Las VegasPrice: Expensive• French• The Strip•4.4

The restaurant was busy and our table had a fabulous view of the Bellagio water show. We started with the baquette (it was warm from the oven 😋) and the oysters were tasty (served with a cocktail/horse radish sauce and vinegar/garlic sauce). We ordered 2 different steak frites, one with the peppercorn sauce (it was delicious) and the other with bernaise sauce, which also was delicious 😋. I had the cote du rhone wine 🍷 which paired perfectly with everything. Our server Raul was professional, polite, knowledgeable with the menu and beverage list. We had a lovely evening with our adult children, the food and drinks were amazing, the service was spectacular, the ambiance was bumping and the view was fantastic! I definitely recommend Mon Ami Gabi and will come back on my next visit to Las Vegas! They travel to Paris often and the wife said the sole meunière was fabulous. Beet salad, delicious. She loved the wines. Husband said filet mignon was perfect. They loved the atmosphere. Service, exact. It’s special to bring friends to a place you know they will appreciate.More infoOhlala French BistroPrice: Moderate• French• Desert Shores•4.8
