- NNaniBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined todayThe vibes are fantastic. Everything we ate was delicious. Entertainment was phenomenal and really fun. We had everything we needed and our server was great, and support staff was very attentive as well. The pacing is really nice because you get to enjoy the vibes and finish each course without feeling rushed. This is a great place to go on a double date! We loved it and will 100% be back to try what we didn’t get to last night. 10/10.More infoMonarquePrice: Very Expensive• French• Harbor East•4.5

- SStephenBaltimore / Maryland •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAs usual, top notch service and innovative food was the rule this evening. Their 6 course prix fixe menu was a bargain at $99 a person. Each unique dish was expertly prepared and delivered to the table with perfect spacing. The Christmas setting was a wonderful touch that went well with the snowy surroundings. All in all a special treat that will be remembered for a long time.More infoTersiguel's French Country RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• French• Ellicott City•4.6
- DDanielVIPWashington, D.C. Area •15 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoAmazing little Bistro. Not too busy at about 1:00 pm ish for Brunch on Saturday. Tables are a little close so if it had been busier the experience would have been a little more cramped. Service was impeccable. Waiter was friendly and attentive without hovering. The onion soup was truly delicious, better than a lot of French restaurants that we have eaten at! Ordered the vegetarian omelette (mushrooms, tomato & cheese) which came with a delicious side salad and breakfast potatoes. The salad was fresh and flavorful the potatoes hot and tasty. Of note, the Omelette could have used a little more flavor, a tad on the bland side but good nontheless. Also had the Rosemary Breakfast, Waffles were absolutely delicious as were the scrambled eggs and sausage was so good. Latte's were hot and coffee was of good quality, not just a cup of hot milk. Really want to make a note of how the food was brought out....not just cooked and brought out while your still eating your appetizer. It was deliberately timed for a few minutes after you had finished your first course., very much appreciated that level of awareness. Will definitely be going back to try dinner....what a gem.More infoRosemary Bistro CafePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Friendship Heights•4.7
