This cuisine defies categorization, for any purists expecting otherwise. The bao, ravioli, Wagyu, and sea bass are ordered every time we go. Family style is a must. Have hopped around on the salad menu and it’s all been sumptuous. Crab and grapefruit is a personal favorite. Dessert may be a less of a strong suit, but by the time we get through everything else, it hardly matters. I had not been there for dinner in a long time and have forgotten how delicious the food is there. Short ribs and salmon were amazing. Everyone from the management to all of the service staff is always so welcoming, attentive, helpful, and the chef’s prepared such a wonderful meal every time we go.
