Christine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Her dishes revisit traditional French cuisine but use different flavors and tastes.     My daughter and I both had the salmon special. It was excellent as was the service!! My husband and son- in- law both had a pasta special. Both pasta dishes were very fresh and delicious!! The staff is all top notch!!!

    Certainly a hidden gem! We spent an incredible Christmas Eve dinner at Chez Catherine. The food was spectacular and the maître made great suggestions. The risotto was superb. We are definitely coming back soon!

    Honestly, I don't know where the negative reviews I read on here came from. My husband and I just ate here this past week and it was every bit as good as it has always been. My standby for an appetizer, the egg-yolk ravioli was just as heavenly as it has always been. My lobster, shrimp and crepe entree was absolutely divine. My husband's veal was delicious! The hostess graciously moved us to a "better table" after we were seated (we didn't even ask) and the ambience was wonderful at both tables. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and funny. It was a wonderful evening and we can't wait to return.
