Best Farm To Table Restaurants in El Cortez Hotel & Casino

We went for Christmas dinner. We ordered from both the regular menu and the holiday pre fixe. I liked the decor and ambience. The wait staff was attentive and professional. Food was good, not great, but very good. Straight forward recipes and ingredients, not the French emphasis we were expecting. We are Las Vegas locals. I want to go back again, but this time order appetizers times 2 or 3. This time chicken was pretty good, holiday turkey what you’d expect. I give Bedford 4 stars.

We were there for a special Christmas menu. Very well priced for a very nice meal. The prime rib was gorgeous, as were the mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. The yorkshire pudding was -- unfortunately -- an overcooked and brittle shell. A misstep that didn't ruin the meal by any means, but it's not something that's often offered on American menus and I'd been looking forward to it as a component. Outstanding service -- the staff are always great at Honey Salt.

After several days of over-the-top meals, it was great to have something healthy and delicious! We’ve been to other True Food locations and this one didn’t disappoint. No one does a kale salad like they do!

I love this place!! The severs are so kind, thoughtful and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! The food was so flavorful and beautifully presented. We can't wait to come back!

Had the roasted tandoor vegetable dish, it is my favourite. Naan bread is fabulous and cooked in a proper tandoor. The sticky toffee pudding had a slight recipe change, not as sticky but still great. Love the maple bourbon bacon dressing on it. The lamb shank is another favourite. If you are looking for vegetarian or vegan dishes then they have great options.
