Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Chestnut Hill

We had an excellent experience. We came early and were seated at a corner table, so the noise level was comfortable, and we could hear each other talk. The food was excellent - we had several fish dishes and salads. The scrod, salmon, and spinach salad were particularly good. Our waiter was outstanding. We had theatre tickets, and so were time contained. He was attentive and helpful, even with several special requests we needed to make. All around, an excellent experience. Thank you.

Forage, always incredible, was particularly innovative this Valentines weekend with dishes I won’t soon forget. We love everything about this place! The ever changing, seasonal menus and delightful staff make it easy to come back often! See you soon 💙

The place was amazing, the food was really good. The atmosphere was great and perfect for a romantic night. The waitstaff was excellent as well.

The restaurant was quite full when we arrived but we were seated promptly and had good service throughout our meal. The food was very good. We had the philly steak egg rolls and beet salad for appetizers and the cashew encrusted icelandic haddock and the bee bolognese. We also enjoyed the cocktails, especially the"cocktail for a cause" which seems to be a riff on a bee's knees. Only small quibble was that when ordering off the menu, the order online information kept popping up time and time again - it was distracting. This is my third time at Tempo and I've enjoyed it every time!

Quiet atmosphere facilitating conversation, delicious food. Server took a while to come back with the check but otherwise service was attentive.
