- KKateDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is our third time eating at Black Cat Farm and the experience is always lovely. We were greeted at their beautiful farm with flutes of champagne and hot apple cider in tea cups. There’s warm wood fire stoves running everywhere and it’s so beautiful. Food was stellar and we even got to chat with the chef at the end of the night. Highly suggest for a special evening!More infoBlack CatPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Boulder•4.6

They helped make the birthday celebration very memorable for us and included a lovely personalized note and birthday wishes. The food was incredible and paired exceptionally well with the wine. There was even a crafty “blind wine tasting” that was thrilling to try to guess the wine. The four stars out of five was simply because there were a few items that we generally don’t eat on a regular basis that couldn’t be modified out of the chef’s tasting menu. However, It’s good to try new things and we loved the overall experience.More infoFlagstaff HousePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Boulder•4.8

We were in the room farthest away from the main dining room, and it was as if we were invisible to our server. Our dinner took forever because he rarely came to the table. My experience this past Saturday was far from that. We had an amazing server. The food was fantastic, but service can make or break a meal, like it had done in the past. This server was amazing. We were, however, a little shocked when we each purchased a $17 cocktail, and the small glass wasn't even half full. There was a huge ice cube in the middle of the glass which helped push the level of liquid up to barely half full. You have to be prepared that Barolo isn't cheap. This place was packed with a vibrant crowd. It's like people kept pouring through the door. I love to see this and am very happy that a restaurant of this caliber can stay in business 30+ years. What a feat!More infoBarolo GrillPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Cherry Creek•4.8
- KKimDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe ate here about a month ago and weren't impressed. But, to their credit they invited us back to try again, and things were much improved. The food was excellent and service pleasant. Our only comment is that sitting at the table just inside the door was chilly with the door opening every time someone came or went, plus a bit disruptive with customers being greeted there. But, compared to our first experience, we were delighted this time and will definitely keep this restaurant in mind for future occasions!More infoBramble & HarePrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Boulder•4.6
