- JJanevipSan Francisco Bay Area •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat dinner as always at Donato. We had the cured tuna special salad to start, the Mezze Maniche and Tortelloni to follow and then shared the Crema Cotta for desert. Excellent food, great service.More infodonato&co.Price: Expensive• Italian• Berkeley•4.5
- BBarbaraSan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoHadn’t been to Fable in a while, and never before for dinner, My companion had a delicious mac & cheese, and I had ahi tuna, which was prepared perfectly with sides (coleslaw & asian pear) that complemented it well. Service was friendly and responsive, and food came promptly but we never felt rushed. I look forward to dining at Fable again.More infoFable - SFPrice: Moderate• Californian• The Castro•4.7
- RRickvipSan Francisco Bay Area •51 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe have been here 4-6 times. As always the food was phenomenal. The service is discrete but attentive. The tomahawk is cooked perfectly. The bone marrow is unbelievable. The salads are tasty and lightly dressed. The potato stack amazing. We tried pig ears tonight: wow. The deserts have different flavors, different textures and colors. Mainly good. And one does not get bored with itMore infoNiku SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• SOMA•4.8
- SSarahSacramento / Sacramento Valley •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe staff was very accommodating and kind. I was there with a friend, celebrating her birthday, in a torrential downpour which caused her to be quite late for our reservation due to traffic. They assured us that it was no problem. We enjoyed the Kumamoto oysters, which were very fresh and expertly prepared. We had the zucchini sticks, which were nice and crispy, and came with a bright and delicious dipping sauce. We also ordered the cheesy plate, and were pleasantly surprised by a lovely sweet French toast-like slice of bread along with the lovely selection of cheeses and honeycomb and marmalade. For our mains, we both chose the filet, and we were not disappointed. Very flavorful, and the mushroom risotto they came with was excellent. We will definitely be coming back soon.More infoAlley & VinePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Alameda•4.3
