I will walk you down a gastronomic tour of my culinary experiences, from learning how to make a simple bisque from my father, therein working at Michelin starred kitchen, Le Gavroche, London at 17 years old. The tasting menu, six courses, are driven through the dogma of being aware of seasonal produce and above all technical skills. Menu is created the morning of the dining experience by going to the market and buying produce, seafood, vegetables etc . Thereafter, I will be cooking and baking dishes, right in front of you, giving you a peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in an evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delicious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the foreseeable future.IMPORTANT Kindly message me prior to booking.
