- LLucyLondon •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had heard this pub served one of the best Sunday Roasts in the area, and let me tell you—they were absolutely right! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is a local favorite, with a buzzing atmosphere and a short wait for our table. But that wasn’t a problem at all—we were looked after wonderfully. Once seated, our waitress, Lucy, was fantastic! She was efficient, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. She even noticed that the youngest in our group was getting hungry and arranged for their meal to come out quickly—such thoughtful service! And then, the main event—the roasts! Wow. They arrived piping hot, generously portioned, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was perfection! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Fantastic food, top-notch service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere—highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing Sunday Roast!More infoThe Three HorseshoesPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Borehamwood•4.4

- GGaryHertfordshire •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoAlways a good dining experience at Roys. It's usually quiet enough so you can enjoy a conversation without having to raise your voice. Food is of a high quality with good options for everyone. Desserts are great too and service is polite and reasonably quick. Highly recomendded.More infoRoy's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• English• Welwyn•4.7

- AAnitaLondon •14 reviews4.0Dined on 12 Jan 2025The room we were in was pleasant and as there were only 2 tables of people having afternoon tea it was quiet in there, so easy to chat. The service was good - very pleasant people. The food and selection was good - nothing spectacular but all very tasty, and we were given boxes to take away anything we couldn't finish. The only thing that would mark it down for us was they we were not offered a top-up of tea. We would probably have been given it if we had asked, but other venues offer it without you having to ask.More infoCavendish Restaurant at The Manor ElstreePrice: Very Expensive• English• Radlett•3.9
