Fourteen years ago, we arrived from Lima with a mission: to offer this space dedicated to indulging in everything we love to share – food, aromas, embraces, sharing, flavors, laughter, wines, music, celebrations, and unforgettable gatherings with those we hold dearest. We revel in the Peruvian flavors of a mouthwatering green rice with braised duck, a crispy and succulent suckling pig cooked in the style of a Segovian countryside oven, the ever-fresh Ecuadorian red tuna, our Great and Glorious fideua, or a Mediterranean hearty rice dish teeming with Pacific coast seafood from this vast and diverse Ecuador. The best is always yet to come! May the celebration of life grant us more time to keep meeting here, at La Gloria. May you, dear friends, fully relish your visits, just as much as we delight in opening our doors each day, eagerly awaiting your arrival.

This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. One night in Quito on our way home from Galapagos trip, and tour guide recommended Zazu. I enjoyed the Vegetarian tasting menu, which combined local ingredients in creative small plates - the Roasted Cauliflower, and Risotto with Sweet Potato were delicious and the last plate with mushrooms, barley and poached egg had an incredible sweet & savory blend. My husband’s grilled sea bass was tender, moist & flavorful, with mussels & claims. All dishes were beautifully presented. Service was excellent!

All was good but thry gad a power outage and didn’t have a generator. Therefore, we couldn’t get coffee. We were in a private room which was great, but we had to request service a couple of times. The food was good and I would highly recommended for business meetings. Ensure thorough that they will have power as currently, there are daily power outages.
