Best Dining Bars in Panama City

What a beautiful homage to Panamanian tradition! Greeted by friendly host to our table. The mood is festive with Panamanian music playing. The restaurant is curated with simple and elegant Panamanian decor. Our server the best! Claudio, ask for him, attentive and friendly! The food wow where to begin. We had appetizers to share. The octopus, the ceviche, the corn fritters and the empanadas stuffed with meat and the other with shrimp. All was tasty, fresh and delicious ! For meals we had the hamburger, the arroz con pollo with poached egg, wow what a combo!, ropa vieja with rice and coconut and guandu and the marisco guacho, which is like a risotto. All were flavorful and good portion sizes. These traditional dishes all had amazing twists to them. And dessert the maracuya mousse!! Wow what an ending! Fabulous gastronomic experience! Highly suggest to visit! At night they have live entertainment from Thur to Sunday.

We went to eat here twice ! Once on a quiet Sunday evening and we had the pasta de mer and the bolognese. Both were excellent. We also came back for lunch and had the pizza! It was outstanding. The crust is amazing and so is the bread they serve at the table. Good wine choices and Ronnie the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Would come back here again!
