- CCarol W.Los Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had not been back to Biscuits and Blues for quite a while, and it is a terrific venue for jazz. The staff could not be more accommodating, the music was terrific, reminding us of our years in New Orleans. We went for the music--the dinner was not the focus; however, we had an experienced New Orleans chef with us--someone who grew up in New Orleans and whose meals have spoiled us--so by comparison, the food was fine but not extraordinary. Go for the total experience, and have a wonderful timeMore infoBiscuits and BluesPrice: Expensive• Southern• Downtown / Union Square•4.6
- DDavidHawaii •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFood came out hot, it tasted really good. The service was nice and accommodating. My picky-eater wife loved her meal. Ambiance was cool with old school R&B in the background. Oakland legend Too Short was at the table next to us. Definitely will return.More infoSmellys Creole Catering LLCPrice: Expensive• Creole / Cajun / Southern• Oakland•4.7
- RRobinSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews4.0Dined on 9 Feb 2025I love Samara Southern Creations on Sunday at Haus of Chefs. And Sarah, the chef, is as wonderful as her cuisine. I appreciate that as time allows, she comes out to meet and greet her guests. My only recommendation for the venue, which is decorated very nicely, is to add some sound absorbing materials to the walls. It can get a little loud with so many customers. Good news is, everyone is flocking to this place because the food is excellent :). For customers, I recommend you make a reservation and go early. Highly recommended! :)More infoHaus Of ChefsPrice: Expensive• American• Oakland•4.5
