Best Contemporary Mexican Restaurants in Esmeralda / Atizapán / Lomas Verdes

With a view over the zocalo and cathedral the setting is fabulous. The menu was creative and both of use the 4-course tasting menu. The food was very well cooked and presented. The drinks were reasonably priced for a restaurant of this calibre. Waitstaff were numerous and attentive, although service was a little slow, hence not a perfect score

was in Mexico City for business and dined here with group. Ambiance, food and service was great.

We shared delicious plates while having a great time; drinks, food and dessert were all very nice. But the restaurant claimed we didn’t have a reservation. That surprised us! They did have tables available, so we actually were able to sit at a comfortable table after being told no reservation was found under my name.

Excellent service, outstanding dishes. Fun very clean choice if you like the “cantina” vibe.
