- LLarryvipMelbourne •5 reviews5.0Dined on 13 Nov 2024Bhang is my regular neighbourhood Indian restaurant. The menu is a lot more varied than most Indian restaurants around here and the cocktails are creative. The food is good, the staff friendly and helpful and the prices reasonable. - RRobertVictoria •2 reviews5.0Dined on 10 Nov 2024Honestly, the food here is worth travelling for, and I mean that. We are happy to make the 20 minute drive from a nearby coastal town to eat in or get takeaway the food is that good. A lot of thought has been gone into making and preparing each dish, which gives each one an individual character all of its own. The flavours are immersive and vibrant, with the perfect combination of spices to compliment the base component of each dish, be that meat, seafood or vegetable. The menu is accompanied by an interesting drinks list (which as the name suggests features whisky prominently) includes some interesting wine choices at reasonable prices. Combine all this with a venue accomodating several different spaces, and attentive and welcoming staff, and you have a restaurant with all the things to rival many of Melbourne's best credentialed Indian establishments. Believe me, this place is certainly worth the trip, if only it wasn’t just that bit closer.More infoJashn Courtyard / Whiskey LibraryPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Indian• Torquay•4.7
