My sister and I were fortunate to meet Guy Savoy upon our arrival and not only was he was polite and unassuming, he was also appreciative that we came to dine at his restaurant. Andre, Fabrice, and everyone who worked there followed suit in making us feel welcome and special. Each course selection was presented beautifully and each bite delectable! Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Absolutely the best meal and culinary experience my husband and I have ever had! Oysters were killer, foie gras was impeccable, and the chocolate bomb exploded with decadence! Fredric, the sommelier, gave us ultra-personal attention and understood my pallet immediately. Only problems: mandated 4-course menu and price. We’ll head there, first thing, when we return to Vegas!
