Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Johnston

We went for thanksgiving dinner and came early to see if we could be seated and they were able to seat us early. We got dessert to go because we were so full from the meal. The food was fresh and delicious and the servers AJ and Katelyn worked together collaboratively on the bottom floor where we were seated. Between the 2 of them they came to check 5 different times if we needed anything. Even the bar tender Jimmy came to clear some dishes and ask us how everything was. Great experience.

Another fantastic dining experience. Service, food, atmosphere outstanding. Excellent wine recommendation. The short rib is just incredible.

We have been dining at Gracie's since it opened on Washington Street. The food has. been consistently excellent over all those years. Sometimes I have wondered whether Gracie's will be as good as I recall from the last visit, and without fail, my expectations are exceeded. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable, and there are special touches, such as having enough servers available to serve an entire table of diners at the same time. Although some items on the menu may seem like old standards, there always seem to be slight tweaks that create a bit of a new experience, without fail.

We chose the best place possible for our daughter’s Birthday. Dino was superb, going above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect night. The waitress was excellent too. Reserving the fire pit made it even more special. We will definitely be going back.
