Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Satellite Beach

We have been coming here for 5 years. The Fat Snook never disappoints. The food is outstanding. The chef does an extraordinary job pairing flavors and textures in all the dishes. The wines are fabulous. Kevin was our server this time. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine and he was very attentive to all of our needs. He has a wonderful way of describing the dishes and their characteristics. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss this gem if you’re in the Cocoa Beach area.

Had a wonderful time. Received a long stem rose and a glass of bubbly upon arrival. Food was wonderful. I did have to send my steak back as it was overcooked. Server was very understanding and brought my lobster to enjoy while waiting for the new steak. When they new steak arrived the manager came over to check that it was done to my liking. I really appreciated that there were lots of gluten free options.

Had a great night on Valentines Day but the food was really overpriced (probably on purpose) due to the day it was which was disappointing. Service was good and it was nice sitting outside. Food was delicious though I was not a fan of the balsamic drizzle they put on the asparagus. Probably good for a special occasion but even then the price would still make me think twice.

Great food and service but we were originally seated adjacent to a table of 8 and they were enjoying themselves and were very loud. We asked to change tables and were accommodated quickly. I had the Crush burger. It was the best burger I have ever eaten. My wife had the salmon and enjoyed it equally.

What a great experience we had at Cobalt. We ate outside and had the most beautiful views with a great sunset. We all had steaks or short ribs and everything was cooked to perfection. Excellent sides, whipped potatoes, asparagus and broccolini. Fresh and delicious oysters and cocktails to start. Celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was brought a delicious key lime pie. The icing on the meal was our server Jonathan. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and just made our experience so much more enjoyable. Ask for him next time you go.
