Our server Preston was very gracious and attentive - he had a wonderful sense of how we wanted to be served. The manager Rhea (we had met before during a tour of the Populus, which they run on Thursdays) came over to say hello - she was lovely and calm. This beautiful restaurant was nearly full on a Monday night. The food was fantastic - the two of us split an appetizer (mushroom tempura), entree (steak skewers) and vegetable (beets). Everything was delicious. We kind of got off to a rough start with the host. we wanted to know if they had drinks while we waited for our table all he could seem to say is we have a lounge. We asked if there was a bar available while we waited he said all we have is a lounge. I asked are we able to get drinks he said we had a lounge not a bar. So we went next door and had a few drinks until we waited for our reservation. Then we came back in 15 minutes before a reservation he escorted us to the lounge and then asked us if we wanted a drink! But other than that it was a great experience great food great waiter! With the downtown area bustling and busy, it was such a relief to be able to secure a reservation for our party of four. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Our server was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed despite the hectic evening. The food was absolutely wonderful—every dish was prepared perfectly, and we savored every bite. Thank you for providing such a convenient and delightful dining experience during such a busy night.
