Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Kent Narrows

Me and my husband really had fun at this restaurant. They made my Birthday dinner special. All the food where on point.

Knoxie’s was amazing! We are a year out from our wedding at the Beach Club and they treated us so well. We received a champagne toast and our server, Taylor, was super attentive. Everything we had was delicious: the beet salad, cream of crab soup, pork belly appetizer, ahi tuna, crab cakes entree, duck breast and the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Our cocktails and wine were also delicious and we can’t wait to come back!

We were there for our Seventh Annual Girls Weekend. The food was wonderful and they had all of the things we specifically go there for, the duck, the stuffed shrimp, shrimp and grits, the mussels and risotto and most of all, the crispy Brussel sprouts. It is so friendly and welcoming every time we go there.

Truly fantastic, beginning to end. We opted for the tasting menu and it simply did not miss. Each course was fantastic. Crudo, oyster, and black cod were highlights, along with the gracious and unpretentious service. Easy to see why this is considered one of DC's best restaurants.

My adult family of 6 went to 18Twenty the evening after Thanksgiving since my kids were in town. We wound up in a gorgeous private room since it wasn't crowded that evening. The entire Manor was lit up and decorated for Christmas and it was really beautiful and festive. Food was wonderful--from the fresh oysters to the rockfish to the steak tips special of the evening. Service was attentive and lovely. It really was a perfect night.
