Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Centennial

Carolina was the best! She explained the menu and kept our drinks filled

The food was excellent. We had the duck confit salad (split it) and I had the Scottish Salmon and my Hubby the short rib. All delish. The pineapple cheesecake dessert was a hit too. Ambience was cozy and buzzing, but not so lous=d as to be annoying. Waiters seemed to be very busy and very business like unlike other fine establishments we've dined at. The hostess at the door seemed stressed adn therefore curt....BUT we will definitely go back . The delish food outweighed the service.

I took my wife here for Valentines Day. They are really close to my house. Seen the advertisements several times and finally decided to try it out. We were both amazed at how nice the place was. Really impressed with the food. We will definitely be returning.

We had reservations on Valentine’s night and everything was exceptional! The food was wonderful, service was great, timing of courses was perfect and the ambiance was romantic. The only critique we have is the host greeter was not very welcoming or attentive. He barely acknowledged us and walked WAY ahead of us as we followed to our table. No eye contact at all when he hastily seated us. Other than that, everything was great. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!

One of my favorite spots in Las Vegas, the quality of the menu, food and service is just outstanding. Being located off the strip offers a much better feeling of going somewhere a bit special, and the inventive menu, fantastic dishes and superb service just reinforces the reason to leave your hotel and get to Sparrow + Wolf. I've been here several times now and each time its been fantastic.
