Model Milk in Calgary is a fantastic spot for a guy's night out! Our evening kicked off with a round of East Coast oysters, fresh and briny, setting the perfect tone. The pull-apart bread was a comforting hit—soft, buttery, and perfect for sharing. The beef tartare was top-notch, with just the right balance of richness and seasoning, while the shrimp toasties brought a creative twist with their crispy texture and bold flavors. For mains, we went with the beef strip loin and fried chicken. The strip loin was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, paired with thoughtful sides that complemented every bite. But the fried chicken? Absolute star of the show. Crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, it’s a dish that keeps you coming back for more. The ambiance at Model Milk strikes a great balance between upscale and relaxed, making it ideal for celebrating or just catching up. The food was all interesting and very good. Drinks were well prepared, especially the smoked Old Fashioneds. Service friendly and attentive.

Our server, Reece was great! So pleasant and prompt. We were there for a ‘holiday’ get together and she was super patient as we hadn’t seen each other for a while and hadn’t even looked at the menu. She gave her recommendations and let us move at our own pace. When we needed anything (like a group picture) she was great there too.

Caitlyn was amazing, perfect timing with every quality check. Interpersonal sweet and efficient. I was very happy to take my mom here as I haven’t seen her in months and everything was perfect. Thankyou! Food was also delicious. It was a great evening.
