Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Ewing

I realize it was Christmas Eve and the restaurant was busy, but the food courses could have been spread out. Half of our party ordered the 7 fishes and the other half ordered entrees off the menu. The 7 fishes courses were served too quickly. The next course came out before the previous one was eaten. Our waiter didn’t write down our dessert orders and came back 3 times to ask us what we ordered. It was extremely cold at our table because everytime someone opened the door to come into the restaurant, the cold air blew on our table.

We are repeat visitors - this is now our “go to” spot for many reasons. We love to come here to watch the Eagles. We also bring out of town friends here for meals. We love to play trivia here on Thursday nights. We also celebrate our family milestones here. Why? Because they always provide best in class service coupled with high quality food that is decently priced. This place ALWAYS delivers. We are so glad to have a local spot that hits high marks every time we visit. P.S. get the free Captain’s Club card. Its perks are actually worth having it!

This has become out Christmas Eve tradition to have lunch at Craftsman Row. This year we had Marissa as a waitress and she was incredible.

We have visited Bowman’s from Monmouth County every December for the past 7 years and it never disappoints. Wonderful food, even better people and service. It’s our favorite family holiday tradition!

The food, drinks and the music were great. The servers were attentive and the people were all have a great time. I totally recommend this brunch if you’re looking for a fun time.
