- DDallasOrange County •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoTokyo Noir felt like a classy bar more akin to New York than a Long Beach alleyway. Between 5 drinks and 2 appetizers, nothing fell short of expectations, and most exceeded them. The service was intimate and engaging. The ambiance was unique and hard to find in this part of town. I thoroughly enjoyed the small capacity and do not like an overcrowded bar. It was classy and elegant - perfect for a date. I will definitely be coming back (if I can get another reservation, that is).More infoTokyo NoirPrice: Moderate• Speakeasy• Long Beach•4.9

- RRoxanneSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined on 12 Nov 2024We were in town with kids celebrating our 13 th wedding anniversary. In-laws came over to watch kids, and we walked to Rise Rooftop. It is located inside the beautiful Westin Hotel. We had reservations, and I asked for a lower table, and the hostess was accommodating. Our server was young and very attentive and made great suggestions. Our view was stunning. Every dish was different and delishious.More infoRise Rooftop BarPrice: Expensive• Californian• Anaheim•4.8
- SSeanvipSan Diego •12 reviews4.0Dined on 3 Nov 2024The food was really good but watch for the additional service charge. The pricing on their bottles of wine are a bit ridiculous, you will spend less if you buy by the glass vs the bottle. Generally if you are getting 4 glasses it is more economical to get a bottle since it averages 4 glasses, but they charge $15 per glass or $80 for the bottle.More infoNavy Proof Food & SpiritsPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Long Beach•4
- OTOpenTable DinerLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined on 15 Feb 2024My experience at the Golden Hour was so beautiful. It had great city views, good music, and good food. I felt like I was in a movie. I would definitely recommend to family, and friends. Great for date night, or just a good night out with friends.More infoGolden Hour at Level 8Price: Moderate• Cocktail Bar• Downtown•3.9
