    Best dining experience on the island so far. Outstanding and attentive service and conversation from Miguel and team. Adult kids enjoyed frog legs and escargot. My ceviche was excellent. Good steak and fish mains, and nice crème brûlée and a lava cake with pistachio ice cream to end the evening.

    In short We celebrated our 46th Wedding Anniversary with a dinner at Hyatt. And it was great! The waiters were very Friendly and helpful including the communication was 5 stars worth. Will surely repeat Especially for the complimentary anniversary Cake!!! Please consider put this cake on the Menu as dessert? PLEAZE?? :-) Hope to come back when Ruinas del Mar is open again... See you then!!! Btw keep us posted on the reopening. Abrazos also to the Waiters Croes, the Waiter from Cali, Colombia and The waiter from the Philippines.
