- WWalterWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse at National Harbor, and I must say, it was a uniquely exceptional experience. I went with my date and her sister, and it was especially significant because it was my date’s first time there. Creating a memorable first impression is crucial, and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Phumza Dyanti, whose customer service skills are truly commendable. She treated us like VIPs, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Phumza’s attentiveness made the atmosphere feel even more inviting, especially for my date, who was experiencing the restaurant for the first time. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our experience, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. Our waiter, Izzy, was equally impressive. He was swift, attentive, and took care of our every need with a friendly demeanor. It’s always a pleasure to have a waiter who is both knowledgeable about the menu and proactive in ensuring that the guests are satisfied. Now, let’s get to the food. As someone who hails from Texas and has high standards when it comes to steak, I can confidently say that the cuisine at Fogo de Chão was delightful. While we did experience a slight delay in getting our meat preferences sorted out, once we did, the meat was incredibly flavorful and expertly cooked. The variety of skewered meats offered, paired with the fresh sides and salads, created a well-rounded dining experience. Overall, I left Fogo de Chão with a full belly and a happy heart. It’s a place that I would highly recommend, especially for anyone looking to enjoy a unique dining experience. We’ll definitely be visiting again, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Phumza Dyanti for making our visit so memorable. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines amazing food with exceptional service, look no further than Fogo de Chão at National Harbor!More infoFogo de Chao - National HarborPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Oxon Hill•4.1

- GGeorgevipWashington, D.C. Area •25 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoAs in prior visits, plenty of well prepared meats in good variety and pace of circulation. Hadn't paid much attention to their salad bar previously, but I was pleasantly surprised with the options. Service was great. Our waiter was super friendly and efficient, attentive without being pushy to up-sell. They do have a few "upgrade" options, but I think they are geared to larger parties, didn't read all the details. They had a decent wine deal...3 bottles for $99 plus a $25 gift card, already in a box. You could drink whatever you wanted during the seating, and take the rest home.More infoFogo de Chao - Tyson'sPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Tysons Corner / McLean•4.4
- OOmarvipHawaii •43 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis is another good visit at a chain restaurant that Varies in food, service, location, and ambiance. This particular location hits a home-run!!! Service was very friendly, attentive, and well worth another visit. Food was noticeably less salty than other locations and taste was great!! The presentation at the salad/sides bar was beautiful, clean, and varied compared to other locations. This spot had a genius layout and was very open. Gauchos were always active, it seems that all locations lack lamb chops as a frequent flyers and most rely on the chicken, sausage, cheese as they surely as less overhead than the more desirable beef and lamb cuts. New location that met all expectation and exceeded in experience. Very happy to give Fogo another shot.More infoFogo de Chao - The Wharf, DCPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Southwest Waterfront•4.6
- MMoriahWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on 6 Oct 2024The food here was amazing and authentic! The service though, was what set it aside from the rest. The restaurant was extremely accommodating of my large party and requests and checked in with me several times. The brunch is a great deal for the amount of food you receive!More infoThe Grill from Ipanema - DCPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Adams Morgan•4.3
