- JJessieNew York City •39 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoas a family of 6, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, I had the filet mignon. My daughter and son-in-law had short ribs, my husband and one of my grandsons had a hamburger, and my other grandson had salmon. All the dishes were exceptional, as was the service. I was a bit leery because we made reservations very late, but my fears were unfounded, everything about Bistro 38 was outstanding. Cocktails: not good, why can’t restaurants in NY make a simple, descent vodka martini, a real man’s do, not “dirty “ and all that crap. Sorry!More infoAOC EastPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Upper East Side•4.6
