Our obliging and attentive waiter saved the day. The menu, ambience and value were all disappointing compared with other sanctuary cove eateries. Easy parking, vegan offerings for our diverse family and table availability have brought us here several times, I just wish it was a better experience. I think they can do way better than this.

Tony’s and my Christmas present to each other was dinner at The Arsonist. It was perfect. We enjoyed small share plates - the brisket sando and the mushroom skewers were my favourite - and combined our meal with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc from SA. Our waitperson was charming and helpful, accomodating us to a more comfortable place along the bar after becoming aware we were a tad uncomfortable being seated in front of the fire. Merci beaucoup 😊 If you’re after a special place for a special occasion with a special person - look no further.
