Characterised by its use of fragrant spices, dried fruits, and a balance of sweet and tangy flavors, Parsi dishes are both unique and comforting. Parsi food often features an interplay of textures and flavors, with influences from their Persian roots and adaptations to local Indian ingredients, creating a culinary experience that’s both diverse and distinctive.     hands down my favourite restaurant in Melbourne. excellent service - warm and friendly. the food is superb from start to finish including the desserts (so often the weak spot of Melbourne restaurants). a good number of options and cooked beautifully. the wine list is off the charts. so many great bottles to choose from. could not recommend highly enough
