- EEileenVIPChicago / Illinois •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe always manage to squeeze in at least one meal here every time we go to Las Vegas. We have gone to some of the fanciest restaurants in Las Vegas, and still have to hit Beijing noodle no. nine because it has some of our favorite dishes. The dumplings and the handmade noodle dishes are not to be missed!More infoBeijing Noodle No. 9 - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Asian• Caesars Palace•4.3
- PPeterLos Angeles •4 reviews5.0Dined on 21 Feb 2025We were there on opening night. As one could expect, it was a bit hectic, with the staff dealing with a full house, first day jitters, some technical issues, and everything else that can come with the first night of a new restaurant. But the important things are already clear: the food is really good, the place feels and looks good, and the servers are well trained, friendly and know their stuff. The servers have electronic hand held devices on which to take orders, which are then relayed to the kitchen, which will save time and mistakes. The restaurant has a casual modern ambience, with several neon signs adorning the walls. It is quite loud, which can make the place feel energetic, but probably isn't the place for a quiet romantic meal. Food is top-notch with interesting choices, although not the biggest menu around, and could maybe use some more selections in the future, but again, this is written after opening night, and it may be a bit premature to be too picky about what could come going forward. Based on food quality and potential once they've gotten into their groove: five stars.More infoHot NoodsPrice: Moderate• Asian• Downtown•5
