The atmosphere is wonderful you walk in you have a wonderful tentative water staff accompanied with a wonderful server with great perfect portion size appetizers. entrée I had gotten with the 8 ounce sirloin which was delicious although the mashed potatoes were cold in some parts. It was still wonderful. The chicken Parm kinda tasted like Ragu with spice, but nonetheless, it was delicious. The service of our waiter was not the best I wish I could’ve told him about the potatoes, but he wasn’t there, but we were the last to be seated so I understand not being tentative, but overall, the experience was amazing.

Surprised we were not seated to be able to see the live music. We had reservations and most of the tables were open.

For Valentines Day, my wife andI had the pleasure of dining at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, located within the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The restaurant’s ambiance captures the vibrant essence of New Orleans, creating a lively yet intimate setting. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with insightful recommendations. We began our meal with the fried oysters and gumbo—both appetizers were flavorful and set the tone for the evening. For the main course, I opted for the king salmon and mill grits-both packed with rich bold flavor My wife enjoyed the Carolina seafood jambalaya, a hearty dish brimming with perfectly cooked seafood and rich, spicy flavors.. Overall, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House offers a dining experience that combines exceptional food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of New Orleans in the heart of Las Vegas.

The staff went above and beyond exceeded our expectations on many levels. We were taking a very important trip helping our daughter check off boxes on her bucket list and she’s in hospice. Unfortunately, she was turned off by the risotto which Mom and I tried. It was fabulous. The server all begged her to pick a different option And after some convincing by the server who was amazing she finally did and she loved it. He was on top of making sure her every need was Met along with the rest of us, but he knew that this was on her bucket list and I briefed him privately on what this trip was Him and the remaining staff went out of the way to make this the best meal we’ve ever had I’ve been in the food industry for over 25 years and this staff far exceeded my wildest dreams, extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful, absolutely amazed, almost brought me and my wife to tears with the amount of care for her specifically he added some special touches along with this management approval. I’m sure when I asked to speak to the manager because service like this just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. She already knew who we were by name and he already knew what was going on. She also was amazing. She thanked me for taking time because unfortunately, there’s a lot of Karen’s and Ken’s out there That just wanna complain and I had to stress that they needed. Every expectation we ever had absolutely amazing experience I think I left the largest tip. I’ve left in probably 20 years because I couldn’t believe how amazing they were had hurt and smile. The whole time we got home and my princess absolutely passed out. She pushed herself too hard. She ate too much but she had an amazing evening. Thank you so much to the staff that we had at Hells kitchen You truly helped us check off one of my baby girls bucket list items cannot say enough nice things about them.

Still one of the great steak dinner in Las Vegas.
