Best American Restaurants in Starlight, IN

Always a great experience. The staff is tremendous and Chef Jereme continues to create amazing dishes. A must dining and whiskey experience when in Louisville.

Congratulations to Chef John Varanese, GM Dan O'Connell and th entire team for nine years of serving great food on the Ohio River. One of the best dinners I have had. Manager Kim welcomed us at the hostess station and we started with Maker's Mark 46 old fashion with cheese and charcuterie for two, all items were divine. Split a salad and ordered one of the specials - Chilean Sea Bass - for my entre. I like my steaks MR but my fish a little more done and it was done perfectly. Loved the dish with its Japanese sauce on the sticky rice. My wife has a shrimp pasta dish which was as tasty as it was beautiful on th epklate. Enjoyed a bottle of pinot grigio all the way - lovely evening, Brittany is a fantastic server and the managers all scurry around to make sure all is rollin on the River. Can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy the paito dining.

Wonderful experience- I made a reservation for my fiancé birthday she loved it food quality was great - even though it was a busy day for the business it still turned out wonderful They package your food left overs - when the meat is brung to you they ask if you could cut the middle to see the cooked temperature , to your liking. If though I reservation for booth sitting and got a both on one side and table on other - still phenomenal. 10 starts

Loved my evening at Varanese for 4 people. Service was excellent the food was excellent. We had the Orange Bourbon salmon , the steak , the roasted chicken and the Rockfish. Everything was prepared perfectly well. We also had the Brie appetizer it was delicious as well. They had the Jeff Sherman Duo , we really enjoyed the music.
