She had the filet, and I had the Dorado fish, and we shared a shrimp appetizer. All were excellent and the filet was maybe the best steak we've had in Puerto Vallarta over the past 10 years. When my wife asked our waiter, Christian, how is your espresso martini, he said "The best in Vallarta". He was right...it was delicious. Christian and the entire staff showed great attention to detail and truly made this a fine dining experience in a beach atmosphere. We had the Valentine's special Short Ribs and the Scallops meal. Both were absolutely Delicious! The Chocolate Souffle for dessert was perfect. The servers here were so attentive...they were very focused on making sure everything was perfect. It was definitely a meal we will not forget! We also ate there for breakfast twice, and it was equally enjoyable both times!
