I had the Jake and roasted cauliflower salad, my husband had the shrimp and grits. Both were delicious. We mentioned it was 3 months that we were married she comped us a round of wine as a congratulations. The manager also came by to offer congrats. Dessert was crème brûlée, she served it with a candle on the side with whipped cream. Very yummy! But, although I have enjoyed the food there before, this time the burgers my friend and I had were overcooked, dry and pretty much lacking in flavor. Disappointing. It may be just because it was a busy day, but I think they need to be able to cook the famous manor burgers to the degree ordered. The BBQ Baby Back Rib serving size was ENORMOUS. I took half of them home for another meal. My wife's single crab cake dinner and my friend's Atlantic salmon dinner were just the right size. Our server, Mary, was a gem: friendly and efficient. The only problem we had was our entrees were served - NOT by Mary - well before my wife and I had finished our Soup and Salad, respectively.
