Waitress was very friendly and attentive We ordered bottle of sweet Red Wine and was offered free tasting of a glass of blueberry wine & cranberry. Blueberry wine was really good. Lobster bisque was delicious and wedge salad We all enjoyed our main courses We can’t wait to go back!

    Our server Dillon was fantastic. We started with the Korean corn dogs and the Tuna crudo which were both very good and well portioned. For our main we had the shrimp tagliatelle and the pork shank tacos. The pasta was on the dry side and had a very light flavor, I don’t think I’d reach for it again. The pork shank tacos on the other hand were amazing and I would definitely return for it! We had a few of the signature cocktails which were all delicious and an experience in themselves. We finished off with the creamsicle cloud which was unique and light. We will definitely be back!

    Jennifer was our server and she was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was patient while we were catching up with friends and we didn’t feel rushed throughout our dining experience. Eddie Merlot is one of our favorite restaurants and a go to when we have out of town guests. Save room for coffee AND dessert. You won’t be disappointed.
