It’s become our new regular spot as a family. Brenda, Alesio and Veronica were especially lovely this time (apologies if the spelling is wrong). Haven’t had a single bad experience at Big Easy Chelsea so far and as a family we always look forward to the next visit as soon as we leave. We have a New Years reservation booked already! We have eaten at PJ’s at Christmas time several times before and it has always been excellent on all counts. This time round it was very good but below its usual excellent standards. While the service was typically excellent, the food missed its usual elevated standards, and the ambience was somewhat flat, lacking its usual excitement and buzz.
