- PPaulSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI had a wonderful lunch today at Original Joe's. My server Sedat was outstanding and had great suggestions for menu items. I strongly recommend the Pineapple Punch (n/a), Joe's House Made Ravioli, and the Butter Cake. This was the best meal of the trip!More infoOriginal Joe's - San FranciscoPrice: Moderate• Italian• North Beach•4.7

- AAnnetteCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoOur family dinner at the Wayfare Tavern on Christmas Eve was just as magical and delicious as I was hoping! The atmosphere transports you to another place and time in the most wonderful way. It was cozy, beautiful and comfortable. The staff were attentive and the food perfectly prepared and served in a timely manner. We started with the magnificent deviled eggs and enjoyed the lobster, with burrata mashed potatoes and broccolini, macaroni and cheese and the burger. Bravo Wayfare Tavern! We will be back!More infoWayfare TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
- TTaffyNew Mexico •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe returned for a second visit this holiday season; it was wonderful. Got adventurous and had the creamed corn. I noticed my daughters snuck more than an initial half teaspoon taste. It was very, very good. Not watery creamy. This had a nice texture. Try it! The prime rib was exceptional. I had the smaller portion. One daughter had the thinner slices. One daughter had the regular cut. All were sumptuous! Had a baked potato instead of the mashed. It was yummy. We ordered an apple crisp to share between the three of us. It was delicious with a nice amount of apple slices hidden under the topping and surrounded by the usual warm spices. Our server was great! She was friendly, attentive but didn’t hover. Thank you all for a wonderful evening! I may not be back for a while. Palo Alto daughter is moving to Duarte. CA this summer. If she needs help moving, we’ll have to do a farewell visit at House of Prime Rib. Again, thank you!More infoHouse of Prime RibPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.8
- MMckenzieSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review4.0Dined on 21 Dec 2024My friend and I arrived right at the 5pm evening opening. There were only a few other guest so the environment was quiet and staff was very good about checking in on us. For appetizers we got the Tofu Salad and Soy & Garlic Korean Chicken which were both phenomenal. However neither my friend or I could eat our main dishes (Creamchi Rice Cake / Belly Bap) because they tasted like the kitchen poured raw fish water in the dishes which was too overpowering to stomach. Overall a little pricey, especially for the chicken and main dishes but it was worth a try!More infoSurisanPrice: Moderate• Korean• North Beach•4.5
